It's exciting news!  For those who haven't yet heard, Zen Space has a new home in the place which was the Sattva Yoga Centre.  Same place, different face ;-).  Zen Space existed as the umbrella for all my business adventures before I became a co-owner of Sattva Yoga Centre in May of 2014.   So, the perfect opportunity to consolidate two apparently separate businesses under the one roof.  I'm looking forward to the simplicity and the expansion!

All gratitude and respect goes to my awesome business partner Camille who put many years hard work in to establish the place and is now seeking new adventures.  I'm feeling very happy that she is staying on at the centre, running two classes a week for her regular students.  

I'll still be offering treatments from my home clinic at Camp Mountain, but will also be looking to create a treatment space at the centre in 2016.  All existing workshops and lots of exciting new ones will be run from the centre.

We have a full and abundant timetable in 2016 and some amazing events coming up!

Our Policies

No booking required EXCEPT for courses and workshops. Please feel free to phone or email me to clarify any details or questions you have

Please arrive for class 10 minutes early on an empty stomach (at least 2-3 hours from last main meal)

Wear tights, loose pants or shorts and a singlet or t-shirt. A few light layers in winter is a good idea (changing facilities available)
